Hey Guys!

Car Specs:
- Megane RS280
- 2018
- Non Cup Chassis
- 43000km
- Daily driver in Austria (snow; rain etc)
(sry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything)

I wanted to install some lowering springs (H&R) on my Meg. Asked a local shop with good Reviews (Elferwerk in Baden by Vienna) and got a call from (I think) the owner, telling me that the same car from another customer has been blocking a lift in his shop for weeks, because basically every suspension component...
I see PN 490018776R from mine, but there's nowhere I can find a new one. I also looked for PN 490010062R
I've seen some cheap ones in autodoc, they look very similar (except for inner and outer tie rod ends, which I can get elsewhere). Has anyone tried fitting one of these steering racks with the right tie rod ends and seen if it fits right?

Hello there,
I was reading and calculating about wheel fittment for my GT220 Grandtour, and I was like my brain would black out
Probably it's not like 3RS...

So I'm looking for a "beefy" 18" perfect fittment
Would only go with OZ Ultraleggera and Protrack One.
Now it's on 8x18 ET40 on OEM shocks
Probably would go with KW V2

I was planning something like OZ have in their line
8x18 ET35 (235 40 18) on front
9x18 ET55 (255 35 18 or 265 35 18) on rear
I like wider as can be without...
my 250 makes a clunkish sound when changing direction (fwd, bwd), then braking (lightly). Only this formula produces the clunk.

I've found out that it's due to the front pads moving back and forth in the caliper. It has CL5+ pads, and the holes for the pins are significantly larger than the pin diameter.. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or am I perhaps missing some brake hardware that should take care of this?
I've gone through 2 sets of outer CV joints for both sides, in less than a year. (OEM SNR)
Is there any stronger CV Joint option for Megane 3 RS ? or anyone experienced this?
Or maybe something I'm doing wrong perhaps somewhere.
Grease is put in place evenly spread, and boots are new and secured in place, no leaks.
The car is mostly a daily but driven quite hard on track 3 times a year.
Current difference to original suspension is stiffer lower balljoints, and wider OZ wheels....
Cable ties is maybe an option, but then I’m worried about them wearing through if I just cable tied them to the axle..
