I'd go with 70mm. Engine Dynamics have fitted them to 350bhp and say 70mm isn't at the limit then. 95mm has disadvantage of reducing airflow to radiator and slightly less throttle response. The 70 or 90 question is on their website under Renault R26 and then the Performance tab.
