Hi all, I've noticed that both my front and rear level sensors are incomplete, missing the bars that link the sensor to the suspension. 2 questions. Can the sensors be checked to see if they're working ok? I'm not sure of they were disconnected because not working or maybe the bars just fell off. Secondly, can these bars be ordered separately from Renault new, anyone have part number. Is there a "hack" for making better replacements that don't fall off?
My Espace self leveling stopped working, i also found that the links had fallen off, you have to buy the whole unit as there not available separate. I couldn't find out how long they are supposed to be, so gave up and left it, that was 5+ years ago
I've been told it's a failure on our MOT equivalent so need to sort something. Found some adjustable ones on eBay so might chance those if I can get measurements
Of course, your MOT's are more strict than ours, my Espace has gone through all its MOT's with it broken I did Andrews on here (clutch change) and i think there about 80mm long, or there about's
