   Hi I'm new, bought my R26 about a month ago.
   
   I was wondering, to put the windows up or down I need to have the engine running is this normal?

   IIRC they will work for a certain time after the engine has been stopped. After that they won't function. If you press the start button without the pedal pressed, that should turn the ignition on and enable the windows to be used again.
