  1. Looking to buy 4x new tyres .... I've been looking at the Toyo proxe TR1 or the Yokohoma Advan sport V105 .....
im looking to do a couple of track days and general road driving .
need some advice on which people recommend ?

  2. pilot super sport are decent tyre for both.

  3. I have federals all round and can't fault them, super in the dry and not too shabby in the wet too...

  4. I have nitto nt05's cheaper then everything else on the market and can handle anything I throw at them

  5. I have a set of Nanking ns2r's that are cheap as chips. Demon Tweeks have them for about £80 plus vat. They are fine in the wet and on the track. I have toyo T1r's on my mk2 escort and they overheat badly on the track and the tread starts breaking up. I also have a set of r888's for the megane which are fantastic on the track. Not used them on the road. The price of the r888's seems to fluctuate quite a lot. They are currently £150 plus vat at DT for the new tread pattern, PNEUS have the old tread pattern for 170 each.
