I know this question can be like opening a can of worms but, I am new to meganes, I am intending to do a couple of track days and the Ring in May, What oil do recommend and what viscosity please,
I use 5w40 Shell Helix - it's REN7010 rated which is what's supposed to go in there - I track my car too so I change the oil half way between services, so at 6k miles. I paid £20 per 5L when it was on offer, which happens from time to time with a ECP code.

I just got 18L of Helix Ultra RN7010 for £63 delivered at Opie with the current code. That's 5+1 with a pouch x3.
