Placebo improvements. For the cost you could pull your injectors out and get them cleaned professionally and have money left over! Remember if something sounds too good to be true it generally is!!
I'm always sceptical about rubbish like this but from what i have personally seen it actually seems to work. I have seen before and after RR printouts on a couple cars now and it does seem to make a difference. I still wouldn't put it anywhere near mine though
