   I'm trying to decide what's going to be better, hybrid my turbo or buy a new 250 turbo?
   
   They are about the same price, which would be better and produce more power?

   Hybrid your own, you know where it's been and you won't know the condition of the 250 so your not taking a chance

   if u have a forged engine -> hybrid turbo if not -> 15T (but pls only with ~290hp)

   HP doesnt kill the engine, torque does.
   
   300ibft is around the "safe" limit.
