225 What is this connector/plug?

  1. So i was metting in my passenger side wheel arch yesterday trying to get my brake pins out and saw this plug just hanging there.

Any ideas what it is for? Probably something my car doesn't have such as the loom for Xenons?

  2. It's for the ride height level sensor for xenon specced cars, you'll see a bracket on the lower arm around the area too. It adjusts the beam height over bumps and when the cars loaded to prevent you blinding oncoming traffic.

  3. ah, thought as much! Cheers for the reply.

Next question, any ideas what the yellow connector in the boot lid is for behind the plastics?
