Ergh well hope you get it sorted soon. But yeh, I've been over it with a hoover and brush etc. even taken the boot panel off and apart and pulled all the bungs out. I know I've got 99% of it but there's still that 1% I can hear rattle now and then, thought only opening/closing the boot. Lucky I suppose it didn't hit the roof or boot itself.....
Not to the car but it's for it, had a big clean out in the garage so I can put the 250 in and tuck it in at night
Looks tight, how did you get out. Some padding on the walls would be a good idea, how I'd love to have a garage
I pushed it in lol Nah I climbed out the passenger door with just enough space to suck in an squeeze out! You can't really see in pic but there is foam pads on the wall!
Stripped a bit more weight out, carbon canister, all the air box crap, fitted a tow strap and ordered some more goodies
It's called ice crystal, amazing stuff, it stays on the car for days It's only available once a year and in certain places though.
Driven her first time since holiday, really respect the power and chassis even more after the bobby basic hire car with zero steering feel!
Dont know would have to dyno it for a reading. Only down side to it i guess. U thinking of getting one ?
Kmc you don't have too, you have bought the premium kit, all you have to do is follow the manual with the software that is now provided to you at here [h=2]4.2.3 Live Data for engine recalibration[/h]

The best way to log data for engine recalibration purposes, is to make a 3rd gear full throttle run, with traction control switched off. once you have this data on your flight recorder that is built into your module download it onto your PC, then go here on the manual , [h=2]4.4 Performance Analyzer[/h]

The Performance Analyzer (from hereon abbreviated to PA) allows you to measure the performance of your vehicle. Make sure you do what it says and you have a nice long straight empty road , and basically it will do what you they do on the rolling road anyway amigo, the difference of course is the wind and road deviations, but then you are getting REAL WORLD DATA and not lets sit in a nice garage with data and outputs not collected in the real world environment. Ok once you have collected that data in the flight recorder, again load this into your PC, don't forget you can do this all within your car, then the software your have will collate all the information you have and output a graph of your BHP/TORQUE. If you wanted and I am guessing you aint done this yet lol, you can load your OLD map back that you saved with the software provided and do it with that first, then with Henks map you can compare the readings mate, hope I have been of help.... Please KMC this is real world data(wind/road deviations/weight) etc etc now you are collecting and not dyno testing. but for me that's the data you really need.......
PA will now display calculated wheel power -torque and -horsepower on the screen. Total drag power is also shown which is the amount of power your vehicle needs to overcome air resistance. You may save the PA log for later analysis. Or make additional logs driving in the opposite direction for wind speed correction.
Renewed the insurance, knew there was something good about turning 25 - £328 on the 265! Cheers Admiral got a cheaper quote with hastings 309 but had £100 higher excess and no windscreen cover (!)
No mate all standard. Historically though on other cars with admiral i used to pay pennies adding mods, was about £14 for a remap i think!
