Going to run it for a year before i map or play with it, i had the Megane done with about 2000 miles on it think it was a bit to early. Having the wheels off and done in gloss black powder coat the first week i pick it up, dont like the spokes picked out think it will look better just black.
I agree with you, I will always go for black alloys I just think they suit every car better. Black alloys should be standard lol. I wonder what revo stage 2+ will be though considering they get 385bhp from the mk2 cupra r
Q Yes i agree, must be hard to stick all power through a fwd car to the tarmac, id be more then happy with 325 bhp and a big fat torque curve.

Yes , its in a megane. Its fine tbh. Its hard pushing on sometimes in the cold as I have RSR595 and they dont appear to like the cold.

Was speaking to the bloke who's company does these exhausts for pure and he gave me a brilliant price for decat turbo back cheaper then that cat back price, shame I didn't have the money on me then
^ What are they? Car had its first MOT, no issues. Even asked if they found any play at the front given how common it is and nothing cropped up at all so that's nice. Just needs a good service now.
I defected to the West a couple years ago now so I'm not in your neck of the woods these days, had to find somewhere here and ended up at a place called Central Garage. Looked clean and tidy and could wait while they did it so I wasn't worried about it being taken for a jolly.
Had the wheels powder coated glass black and a new front lambda sensor, both sorted by Mark Black. The sensor was only fitted 2 weeks ago when Mark did the decat and it had already seized, stripping the threads on the way out. The end of the thread looked like it had melted, the car was overfuelling like crazy so whether that did it or not I don't know. Going to get it booked in after Christmas for mirrors and door handles colour coding.
Some of the harnesses will be bolted to the cage, I should only need 2 per side but bought more just in case
Should be sound for the side straps I've seen people using them for the shoulder harnesses before just look to weak compared to an eye bolt but they're probably ok.
Mark Black fitted a new steering rack bush. I cleaned my scuttle drains out and fitted leather rear seats.
