Cheers for the welcome. She's been with Renault for the past 2 weeks out of last month. One week was for the infamous alternator issue.... And then a "random" fault amongst which there was a cylinder cut out. Garage says there isn't anything inherently wrong with it so they'll see what the alternator replacement did
Thanks. It's standard and will be that way since it's under warranty till the end of the finance. After that, depending on money i might turn it into a track car but I'm wary of modern engine electronics and how restrictive they are so that they go to OEMs rather than help home mechanics with fault finding
