Hi guys Got an odd window issue, wondering if you can help. Passenger window, press and hold the button to put the window down, goes down an inch or 2 then stops, finger off button and back on, down an inch or 2 then stops, goes all the way down in this fashion and all the way up in this fashion. Does it with drivers and passenger switch. Not a major issue, just annoying more than anything. Cheers
Its a winter thing if its the same as mine, does it in the cold damp weather due to poor contact at the regulator motor. Get the window fully open, hold the switch in the down position for about 10 seconds, this will teach it where fully open is, close the window and do the same, hold it in the fully close position for 10 seconds or so, it should work normally again and with one touch. It will probably do it again unless you clean and check the connection at the motor and put some contact grease around the terminals to keep the moisture out. It worked on mine.
