Vibrations on gear knob, shifter arm bushings worn ?(2 videos)

Dci MK3 owner here
things what i have tried to fix it was replaced the lower engine mount , replaced the whole unit with the gearknob (without the cables)
so i am suspecting that the vibrations are being transfered from where the gear cable connects to the shifter arm next to the battery
anyone had similar problem , i know few people that are complaining of the same

anyone that has fitted the short shifter mod or arm is it easy to take that pin out without removal tool and is it easy to access the bushings






so the bushings i am suspecting are worn are no.5 , no.12 and no.16
