Hoping you guys can help me out. No matter whether stationary or on the move, I get a 'metallic' vibration betwen 2.5-3k revs. It disappears over 3k revs but if you change gear and the revs come back through that band then it vibrates as it passes through. If it was a constant vibration I'd assume it was a heat shield but as it's only between certain revs, I haven't a clue what it could be. Could the turbo be on its way out?
