Vibrating from drivers wheel under load at 50

    Well the plus side, the 250 DMF / 225 clutch combo compared to the latest R26 setup is like night and day. Downside, wobble is bloody still there!!!! Slightly different but there none-the-less. Gutted. Noticed there's a lot of movement in the engine mounts....

    And if you build the acceleration up to 50 and beyond rather than hit it hard, doesn't do it....

    Is it boost related? If so could it be pinking? Could you have a weak coil pack?

    I wish. DMF changed which was knackered anyway. It's strange cause it's better but has changed. If you gradually build the acceleration, you don't notice it but if you accelerate hard, the wobble come on.

    Which is why I've asked if you are sure it's driveline related and not a misfire under load?

    Have you checked inner driveshafts?

    Changed engine mounts which have definitely helped. Still there though but much, much lesser so...

    Interestingly, if your press the accelerator progressively you don't feel it, but if you stick your foot down, the wobble is now 70 and not 50mph....but you drive through it???
