Vibra-tech solid bush info?

  1. Hi all,

After checking over the front end of the car iv found the the bottom arm bushes are starting to crack, so was thinking of fitting the solid bushes from vibra-tech, but not sure if they will be too hard/crashy for everyday road use.
Has anyone else fitted them or had any experience of these fitted to the meganes?

    Thanks
    Steven

Lee in Scunny has them fitted.

I would just buy whole new front arms so you get new ball joints, bushes etc.

  3. The R26 is pretty harsh anyway so I wonder what difference they'd make.

  4. Everything else on the arms are spot on, but might be a better idea.
i always try to upgrade where possible when things need changing, but cant justify 160 for 2 metal bushes and 250 for new arms.

  5. I have them on mine & when they were first fitted the front end felt a lot more direct. It could be that my old bushes were goosed or that it was merely the placebo effect.
