Valve springs?

    Hi boys, what springs should i use for my forged build? I am about to buy stainless steel valves with catcams uprated springs from engine dynamics. Do i really need uprated springs or standard oem will do the job?

    im using the standard springs with supertech valves

    most probley, and i had new hydraulic lifters

    I have supertech valves & uprated springs in mine. Not sure on the spring make but Rs running sell them.
