Thinks it's fairly divided on the upc matter. Rs tuning said on the post on Facebook that there sender that there offering with the updated fuel pump won't affect the upc. But it's better to be safe than sorry I suppose and it's not hard to put a relay in

been a while since ive updated it so back in December i got the DW65c for Christmas as above. and i went about fitting new years day i think cause i didn't go out to celebrate it so i was feeling fresher than other people. it fits the housing with no problems but the only problem i had when fitting it was i couldn't get the locking ring back on square but eventually went on ok. ive also had the mk3 fuel rail on since November with no problems. and the new pump is wired in directly to a 12v feed new pump in the sender Rebuilt fuel sender by matt eaton, on Flickr MK3 rail fitted by matt eaton, on Flickr MK3 rail fitted by matt eaton, on Flickr Fuel power connected by matt eaton, on Flickr and also i noticed when i fitted the ktec rear back box the tail pipes sitted further in the recess and was causing black 'burning' marks on the bumper. so i bought some bigger trims to fit over the existing pipes. the marks did come off DSC_3759 by matt eaton, on Flickr DSC_3762 by matt eaton, on Flickr DSC_3763 by matt eaton, on Flickr while i was browsing ebay i found a set of black insert headlight in Germany and the good thing about them was they were RHD, i got the pair of them for £100 delivered from Germany which isn't bad for them Dark insert headlights by matt eaton, on Flickr Dark insert headlight by matt eaton, on Flickr few pictures of them fitted 13th May 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 13th May 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 13th May 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 13th May 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 13th May 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr

Oh thats great about the Pure top mounts. Hopefully they are a great option for people on standard shocks who would like some further adjustment. Will you be chopping the strut tops to make adjustment easier?
Just to add if the ones you have are decent and decide to sell them after getting a fresh set please let me know. Same goes for if you decide to sell the new set.
yeah hopefully they work out alright, ive got a feeling on the mk2 the hole in the top of the strut is bigger than the mk3. but ill have to see. ive got to send the prototypes back after they've been finished with, but ill let you know ill let you know are they are
Matt, did you get your wheels powder coated or were they painted? Do you have any details on the paint code that they used?

Looks good. So new shocks, cooksport springs and the PM top mounts? How do the topmounts look from the strut tops? Do they lower the car slightly being slimmer than the oem topmounts?
Just read this entire thread from start to here... great project! has inspired me to do more with mine and my parts list has grown somewhat where did you get your flag stickers from mate? mine doesnt have them and im considering fitting them but renault watford wanted circa 200 quid per bumper and i almost died!
yeah new dampers, H&R springs the pm top mounts didn't work out as planned, there was next to no camber adjustment as the spring is so big that if you adjust it the spring hits the inner arch tower cheers kieran thanks thanks for the positive comments, i got the decals from a polish bloke on facebook but his profile has seemed to disappeared gave it a clean yesterday and fitted some standard door badges 18 Aug 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 18 Aug 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 18 Aug 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 18 Aug 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 18 Aug 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 18 Aug 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr 18 Aug 18 by matt eaton, on Flickr

Car looks great. Original door bullets look better than the colour coded ones, however would be better still if the were sprayed to match the wing mirrors. How do you find the H&R springs? I've been tempted myself and hear they are the most road focused/comfortable of the main go to lowering springs.
sorry only just saw this, i got them made from custom sticker company on facebook springs seem good so far for the few months ive had them on, no problems with them. i think the door badges are better silver imo cheers marks, they drive nice to be fair not crashy or harsh
Where did you source your H&R springs from? I see they do both red and purple ones but unsure which to go for?
haven't really done a lot to it over the winter, now that the weather is fairly decent ive started fitting a few bits that ive had since last year. the powder coat had gone funny on the inlet and engine brackets, small cracks started to appear and didnt look very good, i bought all new bits (second hand) and got the powdercoated in silver this time to freshen things up. quite pleased how they came out Powder coated engine bits by matt eaton, on Flickr while i was fitting them i thought i would also change the rocker cover, i went with black wrinkle paint on it which goes quite well with the silver bits Engine bay new by matt eaton, on Flickr Wrinkle paint by matt eaton, on Flickr and today ive gave it a mini service genuine oil filter and shell helix oil genuine spark plugs aux belt and tensioner took off the bmc filter and fitted the ITG filter stripped aircon pump still need to fit the powder coated gearbox mounts though! done a few things recently, ive sold the rear braided lines and powerflex as i was thinking about selling it. but i think ive changed my mind. so i buy another set of powerflex bushes for the rear axle. MOT is due soon and the rear wheel bearings were a advisory last year so i thought about getting the rear discs changed. started off by spraying the centre of the disc so it doesn't rust, i used some koch chemie paint as it said something about rust prevention.
