   Just had 4 tyres fitted and the garage has said that the valve is out of shape from having metal dust caps on and now has a very very small leak, so can I replace the outside part ( looks like it can be unscrewed) or is it all one piece.

   didnt they fit new valves when the fitted the tyres?

   No they replaced the inner valve that screwes out but they are the tyre sensors.
