If I go for decat and K-Tec exhaust anyone know if I'll still be okay for UK track regs, ie. 92db drive-by. K-Tec site states 82db on the cat-back exhaust at 4,500rpm say Snetterton straight past the sound beacon at 5,800-6,200rpm it's going to be noisier obviously. But I've no idea how much difference the decat will make to the tone. Anyone know who does track days and if so whats your set-up? I want de-cat for obvious reason as it's the most restrictive part of the system. I already have a noisy car that nearly got me kicked off at Spa for 107db drive-by which I can't use in the UK don't want another *Should state Megane RS250 for reference if makes any difference.
