Toyo t1s any good?

  1. Hi I purchased my ren megane rs250 cup in november with a set of brand new toyo t1s tyres. There done one wet trackday and seem ok but don't seem to give much feedback? Anybody else with experience of these or any recommendations? Cheers

  2. Better tyres out there but as a mid range tyre they're ok. I run them on mine but its only an occasional driver and not really flogged so no need for anything more focused.

  3. They're ok for general road use but I don't rate them for any kind of spirited driving, they have soft as sh!t sidewalls and don't make for confident cornering lol

  5. I'm a fan of Toyo. Had a set of Open Country tires on my pickup truck and had no complaints. Their T1's are good but I don't consider them as one of the best high performance tires on the market. These toyo tires grip well in straight line and dry roads but not so good in the wet. They wear a bit fast especially outside.

  6. I have used them and thought they were ok, no really weakness. A lot better than a new brand ling-longs etc. I would use them again if it's decent price, just don't expect Michelin levels of performance
