are the the meganes limited at 160mph or is it the gearbox ?? has anyone got 170+ with mods like bigger turbo,intercooler, remap ect ect or would you have to change the gearing
I've had 163 out of mine on GPS before, Ive not got an extra ~80bhp/torque and less weight so id imagine it would get closer to 170 now. Not really what they are about mind you, It has the drag CoEf of a barn LOL
I had my 250 with just a Stage 1 remap by Fastchip up to 165 mph on GPS in Germany, but like Jamie said, that's not what the Mégane is about. Would've been better of by a BMW 135/i335i if you wanted to hit 185+ on a relatively mild budget.
