Hi, i am about to change my timing chain and want to know if there is a replacement for the above mentioned or is it just silicone tube of sealant and some elbow grease?

timing chain is rattly & noisy and engine does not start very well when cold, also the engine is not very happy looks like a misfire if you know what i mean, so am hoping a new timing chain will fix the later
How many miles has it done ??? my 175 dci Grande Espace has 160K on the clock and on the same chain. I took the head off of my Megane Dci and put the cover back on with a good quality gasket making sealer.
