  5. Been looking at the 911s again but to say their a mine field is an understatement, think I preffer the older ones but models - prices are from 15k-60k, I know it's a cayman S but it caught my eye and it's at a local garage I know quite well and I've had dealings with them before.
    Cheers Steve

  6. I love this - seem to have all the options and a manual too.

    Except the colour.

    Too loud for me.

  7. That colour is bloody lovely!

    Do it!!

  8. Think you need to man up and do it Steve, for the last 5 years you've been saying it.

Live once, can't take money to the grave, man up, just do it. Etc etc x

  9. It's just finding the right one mate, sometimes I look and then don't bother for ages, drove past it today so got me looking again

  10. The right one will find you mate.

Keep looking as it's something you've wanted for a while.

  11. Really like the old ones but it's a bloody mine field mate

  12. I think it's really nice! You should go for it!! What's the worse that can happen?? If you don't like it you can sell it without losing any money.

  13. This to replace the r? They look lovely in my opinion. Not sure on the Orange though the spec is right.

  14. No chriss not to replace the R, just another weekend toy really, wife wants me to wait till I sell the R then get one a little more special, but I like the idea of having both, one for a nice flash car then the R for track days, the R isn't losing money so no point selling it yet mate

  15. Nice example. Go for it.

  16. I thought u was looking at m3's Steve.

  17. That looks like a fast tangerine.

I think it might take a fairly meaty depreciation hit as well Steve.

    get it brought Steve lol

  19. Been to look at it today, bloody mint, not sure I could live with the orange though, not sure I'm brave enough

  20. Really nice one at sytner Leicester in blue

  21. Totally agree with this, keep the Megane if you can as you wont lose on it.

As for an orange Porsche, maybe a bit bold for a man of your mature years? Stick to a nice sensible colour as it will be easier to sell in the future.

  22. Seems a little steep for a Sport. I know the Cayman has been holding its money well but you could pick one up for 25k a year ago. Sell the .R and get a Cayman R.

  23. Won't be selling the R26.R mate, I'll just be using that for track days

  24. Agree with the above comments Steve, lovely cars mate. Keep the meg and go for a less lairy colour.

  25. Use the Cayman R for track days! I'm an out and out Porsche fan so its going to get my vote. The sport is a nice model but difficult to find one with my must have options of; Chrono, PASM & Sports Exhaust. Spent a lot of time last year looking at getting one but in the end kept the daily rep mobile and bought the Megane to Stoll get my adrenaline fix.

  26. I think as nice day to day car the colour is a bit much... but saying that I only really liked that colour on the gt3rs because of the carbon bits that it has too... other than that it's a lovely car
