Fed up with looking at the worn door handles, I decided some work was much needed on them. Halfords mixed the paint ( Anthracite 205-272 ). As it has the cup chassis I thought I'd paint the handles the same colour as the wheels and doors mirrors. Sanded down with wet and dry, several coats of plastic primer, wet and dry applied again, 3 coats of colour, wet and dry again, top coat then 2 coats of lacquer... Come up a treat !
Interesting, are the handles hard to remove and replace? Really annoys me they aren't body colored on cars with hands free :\
I didn't actually remove them, just carefully masked them up. These were silver to match the body colour but I think they look better when they match the wheels and door mirrors
