That saggy carpet under the wiper scuttle panel...

Renault do a bracket to sort this....

 

Ripped it off both meganes I have had for the same reason. Never had a problem.

 

This is strange!

I’ve had my wiper arms off today as they were looking tired.
As I was refitting everything, I was reminded just how crap that scuttle area looks with that saggy carpet thing!

I thought, When i get chance, I’ll see what the guys on the forum have done about it.

You read my bloody mind!

 

I guess it was originally clipped to the plastic scuttle panel and the rubber seal Over both parts. Is this the case?

Strangely though, my rubber seal was missing when I got mine!! But not the saggy carpet.

 

Anyone have a Renault part number by chance?

Was it an after thought or did they come with the bracket from factory?

 

Bracket definitely helped mine, still got 2 cable ties in there too though

 

Thanks for the pic. How many brackets do you need? I’m going to get it and see if it does help.
