   I see people recommending the various brands of suspension for the MK3, but what is the general consensus on how good each one is. Is AST the best? Are the Ohlins considered good or are there better after market solution?

   All depends on your usage and your requirements. R&T DFV Ohlins are superb for a mix of road and track but not good for mega lows.
   
   AST/KW Clubsports for full track work. 24hour Endurance race car.... bespoke KWs, Nitron or Proflex.

   Interesting to know. I have the Ohlins but I had no idea where it stood compared to some aftermarket ones.
