R26 Steering wheel change, maintaining extension

I currently have a standard steering wheel with a spacer behind it which moves it about 6cm towards me.

I'd like to replace this with an aftermarket wheel with a smaller diameter and no airbag. But I don't want to lose those extra 6cm. Is there a hub/boss kit for aftermarket wheels that does something similar?
