As the thread title says really - can anyone recommend a good supplier for a small pot of D61 steel grey touch up paint? I tried eBay, and although i had the right paint code it came back a gris grey (and so is the wrong colour...). I have tried Halfords in the past with a previous car; one branch tried to match sprint blue and it came out turquoise; however i tried another branch and they got it spot on, but I'd prefer to not have to going round the houses trying to find it if its available over the internet ready to match... If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated; I've not got s huge area to paint (thankfully) however my wife decided to use a wall to stop the passenger door from opening further, so i have so rash there to sort
Just as a quick update to this - i managed to find a motor factors close to my workplace which got this a spot on match. Romac Motor Factors in Spondon will match while you wait, and refund if it doesn't match; however its a perfect match for Steel Grey. Good times!
Chipex, amazing stuff. My car is liquid yellow and the match was perfect. Can blend it in so chip virtually disappears.
