Sometimes, maybe every other day when i start the car up, it turns over ( doesn't fire up ) then 5 seconds later it turns over again & then finally starts automatically. Any ideas? Also after its finally started the windows wont open untill i re zero them ( hold the switch up for 3 seconds ) and the ABS light is on untill iv driven a few hundred yards down the road. Any help would be brilliant Lee
i'd be checking / cleaning battery contacts and the main engine / chassis grounds & checking the battery condition
It seems more time related ? Asin, i can start it and stop numerous times in one day and its fine, but over night it it does it. I appreciate the advice, and i will check though tomorrow (:
to me that still sounds battery related - bad joint on the battery connectors can yield these symptoms - the first attempt at cranking will pull power through the bad connection either warming it up or arcing which will result in a temporarily better connection the next time you try
