Squealing when cold - sound changes with clutch dipped?

    I'm confused but I haven't had a lot of time to investigate (baby's - who'd have em!)

Car has only done 850 miles this year! It's been used for a few miles a week while the missus has been off on maternity...

It sounded all day long to me like the aux belt from in the car but pressing the clutch 100% adjusts the noise to either a changed tone or occasionally takes it away completely.

    Any thoughts?

  2. Does it happen when you slowly engage the clutch as it bites?

Hmmm without checking I'm not 100%

It definitely goes away when pressing the clutch but I can also make it not do it too.

Still sounds like a belt to me!

Spray some water onto the belt and see if it changes
