Silicone spray is the door the bumpstrip on the outside need pushing in? Was the case on mine and friends r26
Have u checked the arm rest storage box, mine sometimes rattles if I have stuff in there but I think the lid can be a culprit. I've also had a squeaky seat whhich drove me nuts as all the roads are bumpy so it's all I ever heard. Check the seat belt clip next to it and springs underneath which when I fiddled with seemed to stop the issue.
Also try loosening the seat bolts that attack to the runners and spray some silicon spray or wd40 on the fixings and then re tighten them. Worked for me when the recaros started squeaking.
