First time that happen two weeks ago when outside was under zero so i thought this is maybe because car was standing all night outside, but recently and yesterday this is really more powerfull strange noise which is coming from my right front wheel when i turn the stering wheel when car is not moving, it is sound like rubber on plastic, but i will record video and upload it here in few hours. Can this be ball joint or maybe somerhing else? But when outside is more warm, sound is gone or you can barely here it
Most likely swivel joint, best thing to do is get it to any garage and point out to them where to inspect, it's a complicated system with 3/4 ball joints so it's easy for them to miss it.....or wait until the problem gets worst. For me, it didn't take long, 6 weeks where it was causing some erratic pulling to the left and right whilst driving...
So this can be bought seperatly as i read here in forum? just the bearing? I bought allready two ball joints from espace 2.0dci, and also steering end rods, anti rotation rods and small rods to change all togather, but that was before i read about sviwel joint bearing
I find i great price for lower and upper ball joint for megane mk3 rs for around 58€, so if anyone would need it just pm me
