250 Spark Plugs

  1. tap the new plug very gently on solid top engine mount checking as you go with gauge until its a snug 0.6mm, if you go too far you're forked...then send the plugs to me for free and buy new set again

    I was going to say about tapping the plug on a bolt etc on the engine, but i thought would get slatted :laughing::laughing::laughing:
    thats the way i have always done the adjustment

    Change the gap today and installed plugs. everything is fine
     
  4. where are you guys getting the ngk plugs from?
    my plugs have been in there 2 maybe 3 years..but the car hasnt done 6k in that time...
    do plugs deteriate with limited mileage?..or should i just change them because of the age of them?

    also when you use the car compatability function on sites,it says these ngk`s are not suitable for the mk2?
