To all the detailing guys and gals out there, iv noticed quite a few of these places coming about nowdays and im just wondering if anyone has actually used these waterless dirt lifting products and if its just a gimmic or if its actaully does what it says on the tin! all opinions welcome as am sure of the majority outcome dicuss...
These quick detailer sprays are good if you have OCD and cba breaking out the power washer every day. they don't replace water based washing tho and I think they're more for keeping on top of cleaning or while your showing off your pride and joy. Will be pricey tho
Something like optimum no rinse is a good product when used correctly. Just make sure the car isnt to dirty or you'll be inflicting swirls. Theres no substitute for a proper snow foam and shampoo jobby inbetween rain showers.
I doubt there is anything they can put into the mix to make it anti scratch if there's that much dirt on the car.
I use Chemical Guys Waterless wash and I think it's brilliant stuff. I'd only use it on a car that has a decent layer of wax on it though, so that it lifts the dirt easier. I wouldn't use it to fully replace water, but it's great as a 'between-wash' clean.
