  1. To all the detailing guys and gals out there, iv noticed quite a few of these places coming about nowdays and im just wondering if anyone has actually used these waterless dirt lifting products and if its just a gimmic or if its actaully does what it says on the tin! all opinions welcome as am sure of the majority outcome :tongueout: dicuss...

  2. These quick detailer sprays are good if you have OCD and cba breaking out the power washer every day.

they don't replace water based washing tho and I think they're more for keeping on top of cleaning or while your showing off your pride and joy.

    Will be pricey tho

  3. Something like optimum no rinse is a good product when used correctly. Just make sure the car isnt to dirty or you'll be inflicting swirls. Theres no substitute for a proper snow foam and shampoo jobby inbetween rain showers.

  4. I doubt there is anything they can put into the mix to make it anti scratch if there's that much dirt on the car.

  5. I use Chemical Guys Waterless wash and I think it's brilliant stuff. I'd only use it on a car that has a decent layer of wax on it though, so that it lifts the dirt easier.

I wouldn't use it to fully replace water, but it's great as a 'between-wash' clean.

  6. yeah was what i thought, makes it a bit easier over the winter period a think aswell
