Side light bulb removal help

  1. Sorry if this has been covered a million times, I have used the search function to try and find it before I posted this to no avail.

One of my sidelights has went out, had a quick try to access it through the removable panel in the wheel arch, but couldn't contort my hand and arm to get in properly. Is there a special technique to this or am I best removing the wheel to get? Also which LED bulb option is best for them, I think I already have some 501 fitting LED's somewhere in my box of spares. Cheers, Dan

  2. Passenger side can be done from under Bonnet not sure about driver side

  3. I did both of mine from under the bonnet but it's not easy. Luckily I have relatively small hands so I was ok...

  4. I always found taking the wheel off was the easiest way, gives you a bit more reach through the wheel arch

  5. I changed both of mine tonight from under the bonnent, pig of a job
