It's a sad day!!!! I just read top gears report on the new fastest lap time around the ring! Seat Leon 280 - 7mins 58.4secs Come on renault pull something out the bag (And no I'm not hung up on lap times) lol
Anybody seen the lap time set by the seat Leon Cupra. They're saying it's 10s quicker than the Megs time.
I just posted a similar thread and I have to say Its impressive!! But I just don't see how the standard car is going to sound like that!! Seats and vw's are never loud in standard form
It is very impressive. It sounds awesome doesn't it. Sounds revvy and vag engines are never revvy. I had a Cupra R before this and it sounded nice on boost. Really thrusts but didn't rev like the meg.
Nice and inevitable really, technology moves oven, cars get more power etc type r has a new challenge first then the mk4 meg will take it all back im sure
Indeed. I read somewhere they were 2secs a (normal size) lap faster than the old cups. So over 8mins vs. the megs re050's...!
They're alright them. My mates missus has one. 1.4 turbo supercharged. 180bhp it's good fun. Especially with DSG box. He usually drives it instead of his 200 cup because of how good on fuel it is
