Is it worth upgrading from a S5 to a S6? I heard you cant upgrade memory like you can on the 5 and the battery is stuck in there.
I went with the 5 myself as above, swap out SD cards and replace the battery when it's knackered. Class phone
S6 has no memory card slot, isn't water proof and has no replaceable battery. For me personally it was to much of a step backwards
Jesus I had no idea they did the full monty I had an S3 & S5 for the very reason that you can buy new batteries after 1 year to make the phone 'new' again and my SD card is rammed with all my music. New samsung model is touted for late Q1 this year though isn't it?
S7 look like it may appear 1st quarter but i'd still expect it April/May. spec is all rumour but a lot of talk about the SD card slot returning but not chat about water proofing or swappable batteries. Talk of 2 or 3 models of S7 coming out but that may just be normal - edge & larger screen types.
Will be looking to get the new Samsung.. I had an S3 before my disaster of a phone now.. Sony Z3. S3 was the best phone I've ever had haha.. Still works to this day and runs fine. Dropped it a lot to and screen never cracked once. Been through 2 screens on the z3 and when it smashes the phone is completely useless! Touchscreen doesn't work at all...........
Interesting and good to know, i was beginning to think about the Sony Z phones as a replacement for the Samsung S line.
