Hello, My intercooler should be here this week. Looking to fit it myself, anyone have any tips for bumper removal? Cheers
Remove front half of each wheel arch liner, disconnect small wire loom pax side, remove lower bumper bolts under car, remove upper bolts under bonnet, remove bumper end bolts up inside wing arch, if on your own place a large item under front of bumper stop it crashing to ground, un clip the three awkward clips up inside the arch liner next to bolts you've removed (ideally need a curved plastic body panel tool) and the whole front should then fall off vehicle, then disconnect two headlamp washer pipes from water tank (they're clips) when disconnecting IC be super cearfull to not damage the hose clips when sliding them out (drivers side is a complex clip) and remember their exact locking position as if get wrong the hose won't seal and probably come off while driving
