I’ve got RS monitor V2 on my car. I’ve followed instructions from the renaultsport forum regarding creating a USB stick for circuit data to record lap times. I’ve created the proper folder structure i.e. RS/Maps but the car won’t detect the files even though the USB contains the track files. Does someone know why?
I’ve been tinkering with this on my car, I downloaded a couple of circuits onto USB and it worked perfectly However I created a map for Llandow circuit which saved ok but the monitor didn’t recognise it - still recognised the other circuits though. Weird Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So i’ve just downloaded the tracks off RS replay website. Not created any of my own because Blyton Park is the one I want to do, it’s just google maps hasn’t updated it. But I digress The instructions i’ve seen on the renaultsport forum say that i create a folder in the USB called RS. Under that i have 4 sub folders called Maps, Highscores, Acquisitions, Screenshots. Both map files, the kml and png should go into the maps folder and that should be it. Tried this, but no dice. What’s your usb directory like? Maybe i’m doing something wrong.
I created the RS/Maps folder on a blank USB and copied the Kml and png files across and it worked on the downloaded maps, just not my own creations Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Have you got any other folders or is it just RS >> Maps A few screenshots would be helpful to see if I'm just being thick. I'm usually quite good with IT . Thanks
