   Hi
   
   Could anyone tell me how the roof rail trim comes off? The ones on each side of the roof running from front to back. Mine haven't aged well and one is dented, want to fix them up and repaint.. I've tried pulling them off but didn't want to bend them!

   I changed to the r26 ones as come gloss black
   Simply start at the back and gently pull it up along the car
