275 Right DRL not getting power

I'm trying to figure out why the Right DRL on my RS 275 is not getting power from the UPC.

If I send power through the wiring it's lighting up, it also works with the headlights on but using it as a DRL during day time the UPC (USM) is not sending power to it. I've checked the service manual and there is no fuse for the UPC so could it just get faulty? Maybe a capacitor or transistor blew out?
Checking on the UPC the output for the right DRL is 0V on a multimiter.

Checking in DDT I can see that DTRL_VOLT_REREAD_RIGHT_LSB is 0.

    The UPC code is 284B62069R--C.

What's strange is that I had the same issue 1 year ago and it fixed by itself after 2 months. Is the UPC able to cut the power when it detects a fault? I'm not getting any error codes on DDT4ALL.
