Revs on idle

when the engine is warm bout 800/900 a think.

 

Mine sits around 1k, is your idle smooth? No coughing from the exhaust? If no I'd say your probably fine.

 

it will sit on 1k until it warms up. is it standard? tbh it should be fine if it drives ok.

 

Ye, it's also had new spark plugs and injectors within the last year which cured the cough and lumpy idle, I'll have another look Thursday as I'm starting to doubt myself.

 

On the two I had and the 250 it starts out at 1k but will drop to 800-900 when warm. That's normal but if it stays at 1k I've no idea if it's a problem!
