A couple of days ago I noticed that my reversing camera has stopped working. The sensors still work, so when it is in reverse the grid lines appear, but no camera. I am not sure if this is linked to the R-link system. Usually the R-link sign starts up on the screen when I open the door. It does not happen anymore. Other than that the car is fine, so if the problem continues I will wait until its first service. Has this happened to anyone and is this part of the course with Renault electrics.
The camera is now working. R-link must have simply reset without me doing anything. A bit off putting, but it is working now so I will put it down to a glitch.
My 275 has glitches like this. Some times I can reverse out of the parking spot and have driven forward 100 yards before the camera decides to turn off. Quite good really - I don't know why there's not an option to keep it on all the time. I also have a USB drive in the slot for music that insists on turning on when I first start up the car, even if you were listening to the radio before. Par for the course with Renault really...
