Retrofit RS Monitor v1

    I've got a Megane 250 2010 and I don't think it's got the RS monitor installed, it doesn't say RenaultSport when you start the ignition and I haven;t tried pressing the two buttons on the stalk yet.
    I saw a thread that said the RS monitor was plug and play but know one comfirmed it. Has anyone actually done this and got it work?

    Second hand one out of a working car yes, there plug and play, i and a few others have managed to find second hand ones and fit them. But brand new from renault, no. There just blank, and no one seems to know how you program them.

    Cars being broke on here or ebay. But very rare to come across, lucky for me, the bloke i bought mine off on ebay, didnt know it was anything special so got for cheap. Theres an rs monitor thread on here already with the part numbers for both the old and superceded part. And just keep a eye of ebay.

    I can't help thinking you kinda went out and brought the wrong car, taking into account you want one with a phase 2 front end and went out and got one without rsmonitor as well .....
