Replacing standard head unit and multi changer . . . will double DIN fit???

Yes pal it will fit, I have a kenwood double din in mine

You will need to buy the double din fascia surround from ebay though and also hack through the divider in you center console where the oem stereo is and then hey presto!

That looks like the correct fascia but the wiring loom is for a blaupunkt stereo, you'd need one for alpine if your gonna get an alpine system.

With my kenwood it retains the use of the stork controls on the wheel.....

Im unsure if different makes have different results.

If I remember correctly though I paid around a tenner for the fascia and 30 notes for the adaptor but for some reason if you search for the adaptor alone the cheapest is £75!!!
