Guys, this is my Renault Sport badge. Previous owner thought making it black himself would be a good idea. Does anyone know how to get rid of the black paint? Or perhaps has debadged his Megane and has one spare?
If its plasti dip it will easily come off just peel off or rub it with your fingers and it will Come off in your fingers
It's plastidip and that's a good thing but it's a very thin layer so peeling off is a hell. Tried with sticker removal. That went a lot better. Can't use too aggressive products as the paint won't like it. Any specific tar remover Chris?
i use auto finesse oblitarate tar remover , works a charm when i had oily substance on the car and it was stuck on there even Iron X did not get it off for me but this product a few dips on microfibre works magic and i think it is safe , i think auto finisse don't sell aggressive acid like products unlike some meguiars products >_>
