Right, before I change my mind, for sale is my Renault Megane R26 - #2233: Usual R26 spec plus – Engine: Milltek decat. Milltek turbo back exhaust. Airtec front-mount intercooler. All the work has been carried out by Mark Black @ Midlands Renault Specialists, Renault, Track Torque Racing - York and RS Tuning - Leeds. The car is regularly cleaned, detailed and looked after with Dave Taylor @ DTaylor Car Care (DTCC) too. I have receipts/invoices for all the work carried out and parts bought which I will provide with sale. Mark @ MRS has carried out most of the work on the car, fixing most of the general common issues associated with the Megane's including replacement hub bearings, replacement steering rack, cambelt & water pump kit. The car is currently sat on 96k and has been serviced every 12,000/1 year ever since I've owned the car by Renault themselves. The car will be sold on its original plate - PJ57 LUR (8th Nov 2007). The car is well set up for trackdays given it's power - 285.8bhp/305ftlb, that it made at RS Tuning and how the suspension's been set up (geometry/corner weighting/tracking) including camber and caster. The 2 combined make it a surprisingly quick and a fun toy on track yet still being able to drive home on road with ease. The negative points (and I’m being honest as I can): The bonnet is chipped and has started to peel in places - Could do with sanding and re-lacquering. The 2 front calipers have started to distort in colour due to heat/brake dust. A climate control numbers have faded - Still easily enough to work out what tempreature is set. The car is well set up for the trackday enthusiast or a weekend warrior (if allowed out to play!) and I'm looking for £5,500. Located in between York and Selby, YO8. Pictures are from a trackday this year. The car will be cleaned by Dave before sale. Contact me for anymore details!
