   Been putting this off for a while as i had same problem first time i tried it, everything goes fine until the isk pin part, warning comes up saying battery voltage too low to continue.
   Now fair enough first time i tried i was just trying it off battery voltage, car not running.
   This morning i had the battery charger on it, still same warning??

   Voltage at battery was 13 volts with the charger on it.
